Hi everybody,

I finally got an update on the case on Oct 13th. Sent to Niagara Falls Ontario, procedural fairness due to medical inadmissibility. It looks like he won’t be able to immigrate because of his Chronic Kidney Disease. I am happy for everyone who got their visas for their parents but it looks like it won’t be the case for my Papa.

If anyone has any tips/experience at all regarding my case. Kindly message me.

Did they asked your dad to go for a nephrologist for further medical. If yes what did he write in the report what stage is the chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3, 4 5, 6 etc etc

oh, really, they are scared dad spend all Canadian money
you know, I've heard possibly try to sign contract you take all kidney expenses but he get PPR.
anyway you need a lawyer , good luck!

Yes they did, at that Time, he was CKD Stage 3.

My dad just underwent medical today and was mentioned Stage 4. In that case he will also get a rejection. After how many days of your dad's medical they provided you with an update.

His last medical was done almost exactly one year ago. I’m sorry to hear that.

How many medical test in total he had to go thru? In my case he was asked to go to a Nephrologist in July. Immediately after that they asked him to revisit the same nephrologist after 3 months which was today. Not sure what they want to see

3 medicals but it was more for chest X-rays
That’s why I was surprised to get the reason that it was the kidneys after all.

They probably want to see GFR levels that’s what they checked with Papa.

Updated today when I checked online as Medical result received. This is the 3rd re-medical of my Dad. First one was on 21st May 2018, Second one 26th May 2018. 3rd one in 17th July 2018 and 4th one on 18th October 2018. How much time do they normally take from here. Any one with this information please update.

I think, based on experience, that first step is for it to change to medical passed. That should happen within 2 weeks...its rather quick.

After that, no clue on what they do!
Their actions are pretty random!!!
