For Ottawa (based on 2016 PGP SS),

From IME/PCC Request to PPR:

Avg = 85 days
Min = 29 days
Max = 152 days

received a phone call (Vancouver) from Philippines stating my mom's application is in the last stage. medical expiring april 28.told her my mom is currently in canada. so email letter received asking to submit passport, photo, signed form which stated that COPR will be send thru the return express envelope an then i sent to PR ottawa office.

last step. PR confirmed.

My parents file was moved to New Delhi on March 10th,2017

Can anyone tell me the next step and the total time frame I m looking at??

My file was moved July 2016.
Medicals were done Aug 2016.
Nothing after that.
You can guess the time frame.

My parents file was transferred in the end of Feb 2017 to New Delhi and no response since then. Waiting for IME, PCC etc......

Thank you. May I also ask if Manila embassy called you for sending the passport or they send email first before they call you to submit it. I keep checking email for quite sometime now but no luck yet wondering if they will also give a call instead of sending email about passport request.

they called me first and was surprised they dont usually call from Manila. they asked me if my Mom can fly to Vancouver before end of April but since she's here, we can do all the steps before the expiry. try to send an email follow up, I sent two follow up emails last Jan and March after I received a pre-arrival email from them.

Is there anyone whose status is updated to Decision Made, but still waiting for PPR? My parent's application status changed to Decision made on March 3rd, 2017, but still have not received PPR.

Hi Rossei,

Are there any stats on how long it takes after medical/pcc request on average in case your application were to be refused?

Also, do you or anyone else know how to contact cic and get through to a person. It seems they changed their options and I can't get through to anyone.
