The 'Decision Made' falls under "Sponsorship Application Status" and not under "Permanent Residence Application Status". So this is related to the sponsor, i.e. SA or not.

What does it mean when the sponsorship status reads "in process?"

Sponsorship : Decision Made
Permanent Residence : In Process

That means you are approved as a sponsor (you will get an acknowledgement letter), and your parents application is in process (it can be at any stage).

Ok so i checked my cease status as well

Yes that is true for sponsor application it says DM and for permanent residence which is basically application of my parents it says that application received.

ON my cIC account it says review in progress

So that is all and my office is London visa office.Which i assume no one yet heard anything from.

Among those who did not get SA yet have you tried to call CIC or anyone requested for GCMS notes?
I think there should be something wrong with our applications... We need to know ASAP to decide if we are going to apply again in 2017

I had a friend who applied for PGP in 2014 and got first AOR but they rejected her eligibility last month! it took then almost 3 years to reject her application after giving her file number in 2014 :-\

That's not good, Friend of mine is still waiting for approval from 2014. He did not know that they have started processing files.
He contacted them and they told him that cic will contact him soon.
I am little worried about him now.

CIC says their standard dialogues...2011/2014 applications are currently in process...you have to wait...and they cannot help confirm anything yet...there is no way to get an update for 2016 batch as officially...2014 is not in process...though they know that some of 2016 are moving ahead with SA, PPR etc...GCMS wont give any info as they are yet to review our docs...

I sent an case inquiry through CIC and they replied in 2 days! They said that my application is in process.
I called CIC 100 times and only Once I called the super nice agent checked my application status and she said my eligibility review is in process BUT further processing has been required on my application. She did not have any further info though
