I don't see any UCI number on my Citizenship Certificate. Thats really odd.

When did you get it? How many years ago?
It is located between Certificate # and Family name fields.

Also if you have ever noted your PR card number that is also the same as your UCI number found on citizenship certificate.

Year of 2004, I don't see such number at back of my Citizenship card either.

I don't have PR card. Only landing paper.

One of my known person got citizenship around 2003 or 2004 and the citizenship certificate does state name and date only. I suppose that's the same case as yours.

If you are the sponsor you can actually phone cic help desk and request your UCI from them. They should be able to give it to you over the phone.

You may use your landing document number or you may use appropriate options in the dropdown menu for "Identification Type"
Once you receive AOR for the sponsored person, you can use those numbers to check the status of the application as well.

No. UCI is 8 digits and no letters. Just call CIC to request your UCI. Much easier than guessing.
