Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

Some applications received at 11:00am on Jan 4 has been accepted i.e CC has been charged per Spread sheet.
Then how come applications received at 09:20 (fedex batch) are still pending or out of CAP ... I do not get it..

If that is the case then first come first serve is not applied this year .....

Do we know for sure that the fedex batch was actually received at 9:20?

I see .. And you are saying this because You have personally checked all 9:20 Fedex batch AND ensured that ALL those not charged had no mistakes on their application - correct ? Isn't it a possibility, SIR, that those not charged @ 9:20 may have not reported it on the forum or made a mistake on their application. Please don't make a fool of yourself by posting such nonsense.

Depends on who charged your credit card - if CIC did you are in , if Mc Donalds then you are not in.

I got a call form this Pakistani/Indian guy once (could tell from his accent) - he was impersonating some security expert who claimed to have discovered a "serious malware" on my windows PC and suggested I had no option but to pay $500 instantly to fix it. I played along for a bit and then told him that I actually own a Mac - he was pissed !!

that's what i thought. i don't understand why applications received at 9:20 and some at 10am has been charged...purolator at 9:43am are waiting. this make me so sad. :'(
