Has anyone received the service charge refund from Purolator for delay delivery from Alberta. I am also one of the victim whose packet is delivered on 5th instead of 4th Jan and i don't think that i can even fit with in a cap of 10K. Handed my packet to them on Dec 31st early in the morning for 1 business day delivery time but just because of their stupid service, i'm suffered this time and i think everyone from Alberta who used their service this year are in the same boat.

I think it should not be a problem to get a refund from Purolator. You paid for a very specific service that they have not provided. Have you tried calling them?

I'm sure Purlator lied about the delivery time of 9:43 for all 9 am delivery..dont know we will be able to make it or not...I think no one from 9:43 delivery get charged yet...

hello everyone,

I have question regarding form IMM 5768 E in financial requirement section Line 8 and 9.

I got married in 2014 and sponsoring my parents (mother and father). My gross income in 2012 was couple hundreds less than minimum income requirement for 4 people but In 2013 and 2014 is more than minimum income cut off for 4 people.

My question is CIC will consider total family member as 3 for year 2012 and 2013 as i was single in those years or they will see it as total number of members as 4 for all three years ? If that is the case, i will be below minimum income cut off for year 2012.

Try Calling the number behind your debit card 416-983-5393. They will tell you in one minute if it is cashed or still outstanding.
