I did for 2014.
But I got the actual CRA paper for 2012 and 2013.

As I understand (per instruction by CIC) it should printed copy of OPTION C from CRA.. That is why we request for an Option C printout from CRA which took us 3 weeks to received by mail.

You don't have to worry.. Be positive.. That's not major issue for CIC I think.. If you print it by your self the information is the same. We just have time that's why we request one.. If none then will do the same. I know it will be okay...
