Tips for 2016 (Future) PGP Applicants

Hi,

My Notary certified a birth certificate copy and the required writing (see below) is WRITTEN BY HAND on it and his stamp only has his name and title.
The point is that the guide specifies "must print".
Should I look for someone else who has the required stamp with the exact same PRINTED wording?

Certified true copies

To have a photocopy of a document certified, an authorized person must compare the original document to the photocopy and must print the following on the photocopy:

“I certify that this is a true copy of the original document”,
the name of the original document,
the date of the certification,
his or her name,
his or her official position or title, and
his or her signature.

My situation is that I don't have birth certificate (never had). Now for sponsoring my mother i require birth certificate as per document checklist. What are options available for me to do application without birth certificate? I do have school leaving certificate and cancelled passport from home country showing my parent's name (I'm Canadian citizen now.)

Please advise.

In the address history for my parents, does it need to be since their 18th Birthday or last 10 years? My parents are 60+ years of age.

Also, NOA usually has two pages. Do we need to just send the 2nd page (summary one) or both the pages?

•Financial Evaluation for Parents and Grandparents Sponsorship [IMM 5768] November 2015
•Generic Application Form for Canada [IMM 0008] (PDF, 496.57 KB) November 2015
•Use of a Representative [IMM 5476] (PDF, 647.96 KB) June 2015

Last 10 years.
"List all addresses where you have lived since your 18th birthday or the pas 10 years, whichever is most recent."

Just give all pages. It's an official document, you shouldn't mess with the page number.

Yes it is a source of income. It will be part of line 150 total income, the one line CIC is only interested in.

And then (h) minus line (a) - (e)

Just wondering if parental benefits come under line (e)?
