My mom has completed her medical. There is no mention of requirement to send the medical confirmation page provided by physician to VAC. So is it required to send the confirmation to VAC or will they automatically get the medical results from the physician?
No need to send to VAC as the physician office sends the report directly electronically. If any further requirements are there by medical officials then you will be called directly by the physician office. All the best to you and hope your parents get PR soon.
Just wanted to share the good news with all the forum members. My parents received the stamped passport yesterday and they plan to join us here soon in a month time.

What a joke. CIC requested medical, police certificate and schedule A forms for the third time even though previous medical is still valid up-till May 2019.
They keep on asking updated forms and medicals from the applicant without any progress on the file and when you ask its a standard reply.

Thanks Yulia. Yeah I know but I have also heard about IRCC can extend the medical for extra 3 months if rest of the file is complete. 3rd time medical and police certificate for crying out loud. What do they expect we have money lying around.
Hi guys my application for my mother was received on Jan 4th , 2016 , then I didn't pass the sponsorship(October 2016)
Application due to not meeting the min income on 2012 year ( short by $400) .
I received the final refusal letter on May 18th ,2018 from the Canadian embassy in Mexico City . Then I filed an Appeal and after a long back and forward process.. I happy to share that my appeal was approved by the IAD and CBSA (on April 11th ,2019) my mothers app is now being sent back to Mexico City to resume processing. Congrats to all the rest that went trough this process smoothly, God bless you all

The fact that you were a legacy case worked in your favour and that is likely why the $400 was overlooked. This is not common so other people should not apply if they don’t meet LICO.

Totally agree with you , I misinterpreted the Lico rules back then (counted our family as only 3 for 2012 year, instead of 4 , just because our son wasn't Born on 2012) , i only realized my mistake (by reading on this forum ) after I had send the app .
They've considered that after 2012 I made almost double the lico on all years until the latest year 2019 , and they also considered humanitarian grounds , so it wasn't easy at all.
