My parents just finished medical and sent police report. Once all process is done and they ask them to land in canada, do they have to land right away? Or do they have at least a month to do that?

Could someone provide a quick response to my question below?

Sorry ahead of time if this has already been answered - we sent in my mother's PCC as requested via the email address CIC provided. We received an automatic reply saying that the email was received. However, online, it only says that the medicals have been received. Do they also update that PCC has been received?

Hi all,
My parents are currently in Canada and have received their stamped passports. We plan to do a POE landing at Niagara falls this weekend. I remember that when we landed, we were able to bring in jewelry without paying any duty on it when we landed- we had to get the photos of the jewelry stamped. Since my parents are in Canada and we plan to do the landing here itself- what is the process of bringing valuables later when they do travel to their home country? I don't believe that the goods to follow list applies to valuables. I tried searching cic website but did not get a definite answer. Can someone help with my query?
i have received an email on 14th feb 2017 says i have meet requirement for eligibility as a Sponcer , mentioning application was forwarded to the visa office in CPC-Ottawa for further processing .
