That will differ for every applicant based on when the medical exam was submitted.

My Parents got confirmation paper of Medical done at the hospital with their pictures and their UCI printed on it. Though the reports were uploaded by the hospital itself but I sent those confirmation to CIC.

i just checked with my parents, they are confirming that there is nothing given by the hospital, they said all the details will be sent by them.
should i worry or ignore it?

Honestly I can not comment on it as this is my first case. Perhaps Rossei can help or put more light on it. What do you think Rossei?

Usually, this is PP's responsibility to provide the applicant with a confirmation of IME done. CIC really don't expect it from you. But we send it anyways.

This will work in your favor only when the PP/Hospital delays or misplaces the medical report. In that case, the single page of confirmation is your evidence that you complied with the deadline and followed the procedure. Basically, you can tell CIC to get the report from their appointed PP, not your responsibility anymore.

Hence, it's better to have it. But if you see Medical Passed (MyCIC) or Medical Received (E-Cas), you don't have to worry a thing.

Ottawa ..got medical and police request on sep 8th and sent it by sep 24. I saw the background check status getting updated last saturday and got the ppr today.
