Or, you can use an email filter in your mom's email settings so that it forwards all the emails with domain names: @cic.gc.ca and @international.gc.ca to your email address.


I did it in Gmail and it works just fine.

I have linked my parents application under my account . CIC send medical request but not PCC . Just see quote that CIC send PCC in different accounts . But we only have one account is it possible that we missed PCC and they closed our application. I have checked account it shows medical in progress but background not needed . Please somebody tell if this is normal or we missed something .

I sent my Mom's requested documents to NDVO including Medicals, PCC, and other forms. They dox reached NDVO on August 22nd. I saw someone on the forum mention that they received an email from NDVO confirming receipt of the dox. I have so far not received any such email, nor is there any update on the status. Can others share whether they received any update after sending their dox to NDVO? Much appreciated.

I have submitted all the documents on 18 August.
I haven't received any confirmation yet. And ECAS does not say Medicals received.
Does it say anything about Medicals on your ECAS?

Yes, it does say 'Medical Results were Received', but that was updated even before I sent all the docs.

There is two message for medical report one for my mother and one for my father . . I have checked everyday but no message . When I check my CIC they said background check not started so is it means PCC ?
Also don't know why they put my address on medical form instead of Indias address . Don't know what to do if we missed PCC request etc .

Did anyone has to get FBI clearance for PGP? My mom lived in USA for more than a year as a PR. As getting FBI clearance takes 14-16 weeks, should I start processing of getting that now? As a non-resident now, it would be even harder

my online status changed to 'processing' on August 25, but now it is restored to 'received'. couple other people mentioned the same things happened to them few days ago. LV is Ottawa. weird.

Their site says they are now working on 2014 applications!
