How long the application is been in princess?
I have checked in this forum like all 1800 pages there are 2 cases been refused after medical passed.

There are much more than 2 cases that have been denied after completing medicals. You must be missing them. No amount of research or comparison will change the outcome of your application. It is will always be based on whether the applicant can show that there are H&C reasons why they must stay in Canada and can’t return home.

The main reason for staying in Canada is an unenforceable removal order.
So what is the point of TSR in placed if they don’t become PR.
Meaningless provide work permit extension every year with out status!

Asking for a medical isn’t a negative or positive thing it is routine processing. It does indicate that your application is being actively processed.

It doesn’t make any sense been my application actively processed if I get refuse .

It does make sense. They want to see an almost complete application before making a decision. Your H&C may not rely on medical need but many do.

Unfortunately H&C is not guaranteed in this situation. Some people get stuck in limbo. Where they are not removable by Canada but can’t get PR. Every case is assessed on their own merits.
