Do you know that how long newdelhi visa office take time to send MR?
I got AOR 22nd March 2016. And 7th April 2016 from New Delhi visa office I got second AOR .
Still waiting for MR.

I got my file transfer to my local visa office(NDVO) and they send me an email with AOR Within just 17days of confirmation from CIC. see my timeline below.
File received by CIC : 2nd March
UCI/Application Number from CIC : 24th Arpil
AOR(NDVO) : 11th May.
...................
Now waiting for MR.

One is from Canada CIC
Second is from visa office.
