it means visa office has received your medical and no abnormality found... it is a good updation.... shortly u wl get PPR.... have faith in GOD....

Hi frnd... I have done my medical on dtd 16 march 2016 nf i sent my rprf receipt nd medical certificate on18 march 2016 and tracked on courier site it deliverd on 19 march saturday 2016..... But my ecas not updated yet, plz tell me your timeline and after how many days you got updated ecas??

As i read you before your ecas showing medical has been received??
I sent my medical nd rprf on 18 march but ecas not updated as after updation of ecas vo take 4 to 20 days for ppr.

Very rare Chance that cic can reject the application. If your file shows in process it does mean that you ll get ppr because before ppr reqst they ll ask for medical sometime before medical they take interview , so we cant say anything .
