Well you can always Apply for the province you wish to Live in, and it is compulsory to live in the province which nominates you.

I applied under skilled worker on dtd 28 july 2014 .

May b ecas not updated for ppr but if your status changed to decision made then you will get ppr very sooooooon...

Hello .... My file transfered to local visa NDVO on 24 feb 2016 so plz tell me how much time it will take more to ask medical request as you are my senior and hope too. As am checking my ecas from 24 feb 2016 it showing in process but medical request not looking so far.

As per current trend you will get MR in late march or starting April if everything goes well.... stay healthy....cheers

You will get it by email but also a new line will be added in your ecas.
