Timeline for PNP Applicants for onlyNew Delhi Visa Office (2012-2013)

I had already sent this case specific enquiry. All they said that right now we cannot provide you with a definite time frame. All they said was nothing is required from my side, told me to wait for further instructions.
So I checked the timeline. It's said 20 months for the New Delhi office. Does that means the overall time or just 20 months for the Delhi office to process?

Before-we started processing on your application on 16 june 2015
Now-we started processing on your application on 28th may 2015 which is also my EP date.
Any changes in your ecas mate?

i just checked they have changed date in my case also
