I am june 13, 2014 applicant, AOR received on August 11, 2014 and "In Process" from October 16, 2014. After that no update.

Would appreciate if someone could answer my query.
I am provincial nominee by Nova Scotia, so Port of entry should be Halifax. I am planning to land in Feb 2016. Apparently, direct flight to Halifax are too expensive, hence planning to book a flight with transit at Toronto.
How much time should I give at transit at Toronto for all formalities to get done? 4, 6, 8 hours?

I am preparing to apply to cic. I have some queries.
I paid my fees online by my friend's credit card.what should I have to fill in the payer information field in the payments receipt.
And which documents i have to be enclosed with my application package as per the check list only some required docs or all my documents of employment, education and bank statement etc
reference letter carried your name, employment number, designation, date of joining and date of confirmation, date of promotion if any along with your current status and job duties. This is very important documents you have to get from your current and all previous employer so far in past 10 years
