thanks pouce. I mailed my WP application today with Xpresspost. It's going to expire tomorrow anyway. I am now going to phone Services Canada on Monday to obtain the File#. Then I'll call CIC helpline to give them the # and wait.
I wonder can we use/renew OHIP while on implied status? I'll do some research on this tonite: hope to get to the bottom of this.
