It took 32 days after submission.
Mailing address is accepted, but a photo is still in review.

so, that means after 5 minutes I will be able to check the original status of the application like if the photos are approved or if the card ahs been mailed yet.

Technically yes. Although you will get only two things - Approved or Submitted. Submitted meaning you will need to wait atleast till it becomes Approved before expecting the card.

I recieved ecopr on june 27th and mine still says submitted for PR Card status.

Local VO processes the PR portal stuff. Not sure who approves the photo and who prints the PR card. I am also waiting for my card. ECOPR July 10.

Got my PR portal email on June 28 then received eCOPR June 30.
VO - Montreal

Address is approved but photo is always in review with IRCC.

Seems like PR card should be on the way as many mentioned that PR card received while photo is still reviewing on the portal.

Got ecorp on June 3rd, mailing address approved, photo still under review. Linked PR card account few days ago, shown as submitted. Waiting for the card for 45 days already. Called them today to check what is going on, agent told me that default processing time for PR card is 130 days from the day you received Ecorp and that they haven't started card process yet.

130 days!!!

Same situation. Waiting since May 18. How did you link accounts? I am not familiar with this process.

I think i used UCI number without dash/space between numbers and my surname.

I got an email on July 7, 2021, indicating that 'IRCC has approved and closed your case. Your PR card will be mailed to you at the address provided. '

2 weeks now, still did not receive my PR card. I assume it may be lost in the mail. T_T
