Anyone who’s still waiting since May, please submit a formal complaint to CIC here:

I submitted a couple of complaints with one regarding the VO and one regarding the delay. If enough of us submit this, perhaps they might notice that their system is absolutely shite and do something to fix it.

AOR : Nov 3rd 2020
Medical cleared: Dec 11 2020
Portal email rec’d: May 18 2021
Credentials Received : May 19 2021
Declaration/ Photo uploaded: May 19 2021
eCOPR: Still Waiting? any idea what is the timeline ??

Note: I have even sent email to IRCC asking for update through local MP & MPP. Any idea what is the maximum time taken to receive eCOPR ?

Same question here. I replied to their first initial email on Sat Jun 28 and no reply since then. I have seen people get their credentials 1-2 days after but unfortunately not for me

No, mate. They're like that ex that just ghosts you and never to be heard from again. The more you try to get in touch, the more it pushes them away.

It seems like there is a big range for timelines, so take my for just one example.

I submitted my Express Entry on 29 Jan 2021 (was already in the country on a post-graduate work visa)
Biometrics were submitted Feb 24 2021
Initial email for portal confirmation on Jun 23 2021 (submitted answers the same day)
Received my link to the portal with log-in information on Jun 30 2021 (and submitted address/photo on same day)

Hoping approval will come over the next week and the PR card itself the weeks after.

It's a good feeling being at the end of the process, eh?

3days -1 month if you are june declaration. If you are late may submission, no one knows, 1.5month - foever.

Anyone knows how long does IRCC need to accept the photo? I already got my eCOPR and on the portal website.
Address already accepted only waiting for the photo.
