Timeline after submission on the new PR confirmation portal

I got my first email notification to reply email on 28th May and I responded on 30th May 2021 but It's been almost a week and after that, I didn't get any response. Any suggestions?

3 days max if your processing office is Etobicoke.

Don’t know.... i submitted on May 17th And still waiting for copr.

Looks like we have made a mistake by submitting it over the long weekend. I heard from friends who have submitted last week gotten their eCOPR in 2 days.

yeah, even I replied back on June 02, as soon as I got the portal email. still waiting for the login credentials
