Time to return passport from Islamabad embassy.

Hey all,

Can anyone shed some light on my message:

I submitted by passport on the 3rd of June 2015, my ECAS changed to DM on the 1st of June 2015. Any idea how long will the Islamabad office take before they return my passport?

Thank you for the reply islamabad786, is emailing the only way to contact the Islamabad office? I am a little worried as I need my passport before the 13th July 2015 for travel purpose.

Can anyone tell me what 4-6 weeks mean? Does this time period include weekends or not?
Plus, I read on this forum that usually passports are dispatched on Tuesdays, is that true?? just one day a week??

Will highly appreciate if someone could address my questions.

It's Islamabad embassy, and. It took around14 days. As I submitted on 11th June.

I have received my PR request, my husband has put out file together via PNP. I have just got a Ready for Visa request, and emails says to send the passport via TCS and FedEx.

Which courier is best to send the passport to ISB? Can I go with VFS or should I just consider TCS and FedEx only.

Looking for a prompt answer please. Thanks.

Yah sure you can send it through VFS in Karachi . I think it's office shifted to Bahria complex III or II. You can check it.
