Hi folks,

My parents were requested to submit their passports and medical results in December 2009. We then received a letter dated March 31st requesting for additional documents. My parents sent the files as requested and the embassy received them last of April 2010. Is it time to do follow-up in person (I heard you can fill up a form to request for an update?) or should we wait a few more months? My parents medical will expire first week of December. They are under family class--parents/grandparents.
