When will the NOC cap status be updated for 2013 applications for different occupations? What is the expected time for filling of NOC - 3215 for FSW 2013 ?applications
 
The truth is that nobody really knows when the cap will be full.

3215 a less popular NOC than some, so hopefully if you apply now you will be OK.

CIC will eventually start updating their site on how many applications they have had, but when they do it'll be somewhat retrospective so you just need to proceed in good faith.
