To confirm your PR status using the portal:
Reply to this email and confirm 1) the email address you want to use and 2) which option below you choose for your spouse/partner and dependents 18 years or older when you applied:
o Option A, you’ll act on their behalf.
o Option B, we’ll create new accounts for each of them. Provide a unique email address for every dependant included in your application (spouse/partner and 18 years or older at the time you applied for permanent residence).

my question is I have no dependent,So which one I should choose?A or B?

Delayed due to marriage clarification

1. Applications received on Dec, 27, 2017
2. Started processing in 2018
3. File transferred to Etobicoke local office in 2019
4. Updated "Medical results have been received" around October 2021
5. We sent you correspondence on October 26, 2021. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
6. We sent you medical instructions on November 22, 2021. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
7. Passed medical on December 7
8. Arrival service December 17, 2021
9. Decision made December 17, 2021
10. Received Parament Resident confirmation portal e-mail December 15, 2021
11. Received another (PR confirmation) portal to log in and send passport photo December 17, 2021
12. Ecopr December 20, 2021
13. PR card January 08, 2022

i am june 2019 applicant elligiblity is passed medical pass ask family document send 2nd time i send it already like 7 months ago did not get updates
last year i got elligibilty letter that i pass after that no updates i call many time to the call center they said me same answer that background still in progress anyone have same issue here

July 2019 here, eligibility passed December 2020 after that nothing, my wife and my 2 kids are overseas, they passed everything.
Because I’m not PR yet, so they can’t finalize their applications until I get PR.

You should contact ircc by phone or email and ask them whats going on

I would say, you contact local MP office and ask them, if they can write an letter or get some news !!

I had tried all possible ways and knocked all doors but nothing.

That is very weird, if you call ircc what to do they say or if you send in a urgent webform

Try to contact your regions MP and ask him/her to contact ircc.

My application is in priority process since 9th of September 2021 due to situation in Afghanistan, everything is passed except security that stuck with CBSA and CSIS.
