last year i got elligibilty letter that i pass after that no updates i call many time to the call center they said me same answer that background still in progress anyone have same issue here

Just reply to the email with the information they need as specified. Normal reply to the same email with highlighted information. They will send you another email after with the credentials to sign in to the Portal. Do not make one for yourself
