No they did not ask me , but I thought to do it In advance as it takes around 1 month approximately to get it done from rcmp , so whenever they willask me immediately I will upload it and can save few weeks, I think it may be work .

That's why they did not ask you for rcmp , coz rcmp clearance applies for person whoever is in canada for more then 2 years

no you only need to pay processing fee. As a refugee you don’t pay pr fees
