has anyone ever sent to ircc their police certificates before being requested for them to save processing time?

My spouse got pre arrival letter today. Hope decision made is done within few days

Yes I had no problem in submitting it early. If they request it they give u a month for submission and then start processing after the submission whereas if they already have it, they can start processing it straight away

I submitted RCMP in Jan 2021, I have no idea about background as whenever I call its the same, background check in progress
