Agent said she can't give me much information, but I asked that I said the webform so I wanted to know whether they received it or not and she said yes , then she gave me details as well about my application, actually she was so kind

Just now I called same status but they received my rcmp report but background still in progress other than she can’t give me any other information as they are busy on crises.

She said your timeline is showing that you still have approximately 1 more year , but she said background check is still going on

no worries then. They just started processing the applications of jan and feb applicants this month. they should start processing your applications soon then you will be able to see it on ecas and link it to your account.
