It should say in your E-Copr document how many dependents you have and your spouse's details. I think she should be getting hers soon after you if she hasn't received it yet.
You should definitely reply to yours and choose Option B and add the details of your dependents. Basically, they'll add all of your family in one portal account instead of making multiple accounts.

Hello guys, please for those who have gotten their PR card after eCoPR, was your portal status still showing review? Or you got your PR card after the status showed approved or confirmed?
