Not actual update, they just replied to my web form yesterday ( after 45 days) that the assigned officer got the required document.

IRCC truly need to make improvements in its system as a whole. the way they are processing applications currently is absolutely overwhelming and unfair.

I wrote to CBSA, they responded that I should contact Passport Canada (I am sure the agent who responded is more confused than I am).

How long they took to respond? Do they tell the status of our background check if we contact them?

I think E-mailing them would be a better option. Don't know if they respond to our phone calls or not.
