I am living in London On , but I applied pr in Etobicoke, i think when they have more applications they transfer them to another office

1. Daimi ikamet başvurunuzu 24 Haziran 2019'da aldık.
2. 7 Kasım 2019'da başvurulacakını bildiren bir yazışma gönderdik.
3. Başvurunuzu 6 Kasım 2019'da işleme koymaya başladık.

   We didn’t receive DM, on December 22th, 2020 they requested my wife’s documents, she is abroad, she had a medical examination, and received IMM5801 lastly.

why? with what all of this going on email is the fastest way right now, will they not accept it through email? I already emailed them should I still send it by mail or wait. thanks in advance

Try to talk to your MP. I don't know if this will help but if they can't do anything regarding you at least they can advise you for the right direction. Hope you feel better soon.
