No AIP letter but I passed the eligibility and criminality on 16 NOV and on the same day my security has started.

You told us you received Approval Letter before holiday ! What's you've received today is different may be COPR i believe!

that is normal it's just an estimated time based on how long it took them in the past. normally people just say it may take around 2 years.

Yeah I’m well aware of this but I just found it weird that it hit 100% ahead of its time so 3 or 4 days prior. When this is usually not the case for everyone who had hit 100%.
