My mother had DM on 2nd of November and didn't receive log in details till 17TH OF December. it took them 45 days. with this rate you should have got your log in details nowadays but maybe because of the holidays they will send it soon. Keep an eye on your email next week, I guess you're next in line.

Its been more than 2 weeks for me i submitted through webform but no update so far.
March 2019 applicant.
Eligibility met on 19Nov 2020.
Strange thing for me is that on 19th Nov they sent this eligibility email and after a week they asked for imm 5669 and travel form.

This is not strange travel history is a part of background security check not eligibility, however would be awkward if they asked you that after DM

I have provided this history during application May 2019 ( after that no travel) passed eligibility 12Dec 20 but VO in Singapore asked to submit my 5969 along with travel story last 10 years I have sent by DHL 2 days ago ...

We understand your feeling but believe your situation isn't bad , I have many examples hit 100% since 3 , 6 and 9 months till now nothing. Just be hopeful and patient
