it's weird that they are asking for a resume
is it something new or you have a Ph.D. or you did not give details about your work and study experience by dates when you filled your application?

Sure, the one they asked in July 2019 was a form that was incomplete (family details form).
In October 2019 they asked for PCC.

Correct, they asked for Police Clearance Certificate from the 3rd country I lived in for over 6 months as an adult (over 18).
