Niceee i believe they are processing oct-dec applications, and maybe they’ll start jan feb next month so im mosbat been bakhair khuda mehraban as you will get there eventually as the rest or the forum did )

Great! Please update as soon as you hear something. Did you get any recent updated by the way?
I have not heard since November 2019 when I submitted my PCC.

You can not know how i am waiting for updates myself even share here, but nothing heard from the last reguest 2019, September 19,
By the way on gc key account I clicked view submitted documents, there i found that FBI request,which is should by uploaded by client(myself)2019Oct. But i did not get any official reguest.
I called Immigration talked with them, and explained about it. They said not to worry, there are nothing need from my side. She said you got 3 official reguests and you delivered them. About FBI nothing worry,it could be officers note.
She said when you get official reguest then you should provide anything by then nothing worry. And she added it could be delays because of you know what.
So waiting for any updates. Till now nothing.

Services for Certificate of Identity (COI) or Refugee Travel Document (RTD) at the Passport office in Gatineau, Quebec, are suspended until further notice.

You can only get COI or RTD services in Canada if you have a valid reason to travel urgently.

I did submit an enqury about RTD and got below that was 3 days ago

The Government of Canada is closely monitoring the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and any impacts on IRCC clients.

Services for Certificate of Identity (COI) or Refugee Travel Document (RTD) at the Passport office in Gatineau, Quebec, are suspended until further notice.

You can only get COI or RTD services in Canada if you have a valid reason to travel urgently.

Even though they are not accepting any urgent or valid reason through a webform too.

Hi! I have applied for my RTD January still nothing received and last week I called they said a big backlog because of COvid so just wait patiently! And I am not sure why every other phone agent we talk is giving us a wrong/ different information as you received your RTD last week but mshshi here above receives a reply on his/her enquiry that their services are suspended due to COVID-19 until further notice! Same thing happened to me multiple times: one of the agent says your application is on hold next one says no it is approved next one says it is in process again next day they say ohw because of covid their services are suspended! I am just about to pull my hair for all the mis information we get

It’s really frustrating though. Have patience only... I am also waiting for the services to get back normal then I will apply urgently Inshallah till then the application is me

after more than 4 months of applying for travel document
i called ircc today and they said your application is approved but we didnt know when they will print ,and send it

it was better if you wait a bit more and get your PR and after that apply for that PR travel doc is better than this blue one looks behind other countries

Just to let you guys know, I’ve received my PR approval letter today. I’m dec 2018 applicant.

Seems like they’re working on weekends too.
