In 2023 I moved to Vancouver. On 01/May/2024 they sent me message saying that my application was transferred from Mississauga to Hamilton.
You should move from quebec i had seen many people in this forum who moved from quebec and there pr file which was stuck for a long time started to move . Pls share your complete timeline
i received my eligibility letter on April 5th. I’m still waiting for now. Spoke to IRCC few days ago, they said in process and nothing needed from my end.

We have 4 family members pr files applied our biometric instruction letter comes. 3 person done their biometrics and one has not give thier biometric for some reasons and his letters expires vfs says give us a new letter. So how much time another biometric instruction letter arrived its beem 3 months ago. For waiting
Please help me I am worried, could you tell me if when the principal applicant received his confirmation of permanent residence, your spouse dependant overseas is NOT mentioned in the CoPR like this:

Have you any dependants other than those listed below? NO
Please could you check the confirmation of principal applicant and tell me, please if your spouse overseas is mentioned in your CoPR?

Its normal, they are asking if you have any other dependants not mentioned in the PR application.
I guess you dont have any undeclared dependants.
Now wait for the email from the spousal VO. They will ask for documents or may not.
The rest is systemetical.medical,pre arrival and PPR.
Some where i read your comment about IPP special project.
If that person is you, be sure that your spousal file will process at a fastest rate.
