From which office did u receive the portal email? Etobicoke?
i assume that your husband is not a protected person and that’s why he didn’t receive the portal email.

2. email id,
3. origanal entertainment date,
4. date of of last time entered in canada,
5. port of entry
I reply with these asking on July 13 now I’m waiting for portal client user name and password !
