My bar achieved 100% before 9 months , just last month status changed to DM still waiting for COPR, such a long journey

Every time I ask them they say no need to worry no additional documents needed but I did another medical before DM

When I applied for PR I provided so many documents related to everything, so I really hope the only one question could be “why are you such a smart cookie?” Oh, only god knows .. last time irb scheduled a hearing on my Bday (like a gift) hopefully ircc will congratulate me with granting copr

It shows me 3 days remaining (it would be 20 months) but I don't believe that, I heard a lot of people didn't get DM pithing the timeframes Criminanity,Eligibility,Medical done, Additional documents (CV)provided. Only security left. My birthday is in a month, so I'm self-confident enough to be sure that ircc will congratulate me

congratulations,

couple days or hours, you will get additional letter on your account or email from Immigration about your Corp, just be patient.

Unfortunately not always some people get copr earlier , some later . Depends on many known and unknown factors

soooooooo they changed up the portal..

We will send you an email each time there is something new or needed in the portal, but you can also check this portal regularly for updates.

Once your self-declaration of your presence in Canada has been accepted, you will be able to download your electronic copy of your confirmation of permanent residence document(eCoPR) in this portal. If you have previously been landed and already have your proof of permanent residence status, eCoPR will not be available for download.

Once both your photo and address are accepted, your permanent resident card will be mailed to the mailing address you have provided.

so now once you declare you are in Canada you get eCOPR. but now you have to waiting for both photo and address to be accepted for PR card..
So it seems MAYBE getting COPR will be easier but still have to wait on the card.

Quick question how long is pr normally valid for. I thought it was normally 5 years. Mine is for 4 years. is that normal?
