Today MP office called me after they got an explanation from IRCC on why my application from October 2018 still in progress,
They have confirmed that my application
Eligibility: Passed
Security: Passed
Medical : Passed
Criminality: in progress ( the reason I couldn’t provide PC from UAE/Dubai been requested May 2019 but rejected July 2019)
They were advised to follow up again by February 2021 , after almost 60 days
Unfortunately me and my family still having long time to wait .. let’s pray for all of us and our families to be reunited very soon
just received the e portal email and the account still says ' We are reviewing eligibility ' loooooooooool. The account is becoming useless really, what you need to look for is actually YOUR EMAIL, especially if you are waiting for COPR.

A very busy day I see lots of portal games approval letters. Congratulations,
for me as well. received biometric instruction for my wife, and got an appointment for biometric. maybe at the end of the day i will also get portal email

So sorry to hear that but why did they reject your PC from UAE?
Due to my political opinions posted on social media about my home country, UAE immigration authorities have canceled my work visa and asked me to leave UAE as forced deportation for life!
When I’ve applied for PC they didn’t provide any details on rejection

Why you didn't provide PCC from UAE?
According to my GCMS notes my eligibility and security and criminality due date was in JUNE 2010 and at that time they were working but they did not finish my file, therefore, I believe it's just random and luck!
I mean it’s an immigration system not a jackpot lottery. I’m sure they are waiting for some verification regarding your background check. Like
