Time Extension for PCC

Does anyone experienced to have some time extension from CIC in regards to getting PCC after the deadline. I want to know if someone experience this and if it is usually granted.

I will be late for a PCC from abroad about 30 days, just wanted to know if they grant the extension.

Can you submit your app with an LOE that you are awaiting a PCC and not request for a time extension?
What did you finally end up doing? I am in a similar situation.

lodge a CSE with your visa office explaining the delay.

if you paid for the PCC attach a copy of the receipt too.

make sure you receive a clear and unambiguous reply for the extension.

my visa office granted 30 days extension.
