Time Between Visits?

Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know the laws regarding the time between visits to Canada on an eTA?

Say I use the full 6 months of an eTA in Canada, then return home to the UK, how long is it before I could return to Canada?

Appreciate any help!!

There is no actual law that I know of. Entry will be at the discretion of the CBSA officer at the POE. If they feel you are no longer visiting (spending more time here than at home), they will limit your stay or ultimately deny you entry. Best to avoid that and gauge your travel accordingly, as a refused entry will make it difficult for future entries or visa/eta applications.
