I've passed my test last Friday (Oct 1) and the tracker was updated today saying that the test was complete (Oct 5), and I was wondering how long does it usually take from this point to get an invitation to the oath ceremony?
Thanks,
Eitan
5-9 months depending on office.

On average: 3-4 months from test to DM and 3-4 months from DM to oath = 6-8 months from test to oath
wow... that's a long time!!
How do I know which office is handling my case?

Usually the test email has the office name in abbreviation. SCR for scarbro, MIS etc...
I see that mine says Sydney.
Are they considered fast or slow?

Not sure. Never heard Sydney sending test invite. I know SCR, MIS and other regional offices. Are you from Nova Scotia? or Ontario?
I'm from Ontario.
Now I see that it was sent from SCR.
I assume that it's Scarborough? (which are usually slow...?)

As
@canvisa13 mentioned, I also read number of post in which Scarborough applicants received their paperwork a little quicker than other offices.
