Got medical request for visitors visa on 8th nov, had medical on 9th nov. submitted medical by hand on 13th nov. medical status passed on 23rd nov. how much time more it can take to get final decision?

The stay will be for 1 year coz i will get a visitor record at canada airport. I got my sowp and my daughter is an infant for whom we have applied visitors
