supervisa-status online-passport released means got medical? help

hi..my parents applied for supervisa from india paper application on 19th nov. and today 22nd nov i saw status said ...."passports released by the Canadian High Commission, 7/8 SHANTIPATH, CHANKYAPURI, -, NEW DELHI, Pin:110021, Tel: on 22/11/2013 and is in Transit...."

whats does that means? got medical or visa rejected????
anyone has similar exp.?

what status did you get when you got medical request? please help...

How and what website do you go to check the status of your passports ? When i go on cic.gc.ca it says that no status can be checked for TRV applications.
Please let me know.

I checked on vfs global india website with receipt no and date of birth.
