TIGER : IT or Business Course for PG Diploma

HI guys,

With B.Tech in Electronics and Work Exp of over 2 years in IT Sector, Should I go for 1 year of PG Diploma in IT related stream like Wireless networking, ISBA ( Information system Business System Analyst ), Info Security mngt. OR Business related subjects like Global Business management or IBM etc.

I have heard that if I go for Business courses then Visa officer might raise questions that why u going for different dimension as Work Exp is in IT . Is it true ??

Please guide effectively that Prospects of getting SKILLED Job in Canada would be good for which Course , considering my profile.
