I received notifications when medical passed and biometrics updated and saw updates in portal as well.
After this all no change, then I received 3 ghost updates on my application this week:
1- monday 24th aug
2- tueaday 25th aug
3- today 28th aug
All updates around 11-12 AM Edmonton time.
It shows Application/Profile Updated but no update at all in the application.
I posted earlier as well when I received first time. Mostly people said might get an update in 24 hours or in a day or two. But whole week went by and received two more ghost updates.

I was hoping the same after first update because that's what happened to others but after 3 updates now I've mixed feelings.

It is understandable that applications are not evenly distributed and it is taking too long. My concern was those ghost updates and no change in application. Raise a webform, if you are concerned.

Oh I think they will update it on monday and already raised the webforms still no response.

Not sure about that. Nothing happened first 2 times either. Maybe you can try calling/email IRCC and request to expedite your application, while being considerate of the current scenario, and explain about deadlines or smth.

I had a query for application, I wrote an email to them and I got a response in two days. Many users from this forum asked about their processing center by calling IRCC. What exactly is your case?

My application too got two updates on Wednesday.
Me too found four times updated status since yesterday while once only medical was passed and rest of the time nothing happened but it changed to submitted again.
