Got married on 24th May,2014 in India and after marriage returned to Canada and sent an invitation letter to wife and she got a tourist visa for Canada (Multiple entry 2 year visa).
Wife came to Canada and marriage didn't work out and she lived with me for 2 months and went back to India.
She is now in India and has been threatening me to come back to India and leave my parents or pay her $200,000.I am feeling threatened by these actions and now I want her Canadian tourist visa to be cancelled as i sense threat to my life that she can come to Canada and do something illegal.
Question:
What is the process for her tourist visa to be revoked. The visa was issued by Canadian High Commission,New Delhi (2 year multiple entry visa)?
Is there a way I can notify the immigration or the CBSA about it?
Because she also had intentions to work in Canada.I do have a proof of that in one of the facebook conversations.
She was trying to work from home.
I suppose you can try notifying CIC she has plans to work in Canada as a visitor - however I doubt they will take any action unless there's hard proof (i.e. she is already working in Canada as a visitor). If you want to try reporting her you can do so here:
I am of the opinion that since the tourist visa was approved based on your invitation and input and as your wife, it will only be proper for you to let CIC know about this latest development about the broken down in relationship....haven't said that, that does not mean her visa will be canceled but at least she can not mention you at the border when re-entering Canada as the reason for visiting.
