Hi,
My crs score is currently 435 and i have received an invite from Ontario on August 1st 2019 during the tech draw( which happened for 435 and above)
If i update my express entry profile as spouse accompanying with me to canada my CRS score reduces to 431.
Now is it safe to apply for ONIP as a single applicant or with an accompanying spouse, if applied along with spouse what are the chances of success/rejection ?
I have reached out to multiple consultants but none seem to have enough insight on my current situation.
Thanks, but I have claimed points for under'relative in Canada' in IRCC and cuttoff for OINP was 439, if I am unable to prove will deduct 15 points from crs score,
ok. OINP is not operating FCFS basis, every case is unique. But, based on your timelines, you would be moved to DIP any time this week. Be patient and Good luck!
My NOC is 2172, CRS score 382. Have 9 years of experience under 2172 code.
Any chance of PNP nomination under Tech Draws since they mentioned now that minimum CRS criteria is no more applicable and applicants are called at director's discretion?
If you have claiming it on IRCC and you have received NOI on the basic of your IRCC points then I think yes, for the safer side you need to upload docs and authorize ONIP for ECA
Does anyone knows how often oinp tech draws are held? And once we receive (as many of you guys did), how long does it take to get the pnp, in order to advance the EE process?

I don’t think there are any more draws for the year, they may announce middle of this month about the plans for next year. They may or may not have a draw as they are closing in on their quota of alloyed nominations for the year. Say they even have a draw, you get an Invitation to apply for PNP, you have 45 days to respond to it and then they take anywhere between 30-60 days.
